DESCRIPTION:L’ASEPT organise à Oloron Sainte-Marie un atelier Bienvenue à la retraite pour les jeunes retraités depuis 6 mois jusqu’à 2 ans à la retraite ou en prévision d’y être cette année. Ces ateliers gratuits (sur 2 séances), ouverts à tous, permettront d’aborder les changements de statuts, de rythme de vie, de ressources,… et de sensibiliser sur la prévention santé, le bien vieillir, le lien social en présentant l’offre du territoire sur ces thématiques. Un repas au restaurant est prévu le 9 juin. Les inscriptions se font auprès de l’ASEPT Sud Aquitaine ou par téléphone au 05 59 80 98 88 ou sur le site Internet.\n
